Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your Gol2 account will be inside the app once account features are live: Settings → Delete account.

Manual deletion request

If app deletion is unavailable, email [email protected] from the address linked to your Gol2 account.

• Include the email address used for Gol2.
• Do not include payment card details.
• We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What may be removed

Your authentication account, backend account record, profile data, followed teams and players, alert preferences, saved content, and other Gol2 data, subject to legal retention obligations.
